MTB COACHING


Pick a big race in the US and I have probably had a racer in it. A big focus for today's mountain bike racers should be on specific workouts for the event. Are you racing a longer endurance event like Leadville? Or are you focusing on short term power for Enduro's? We can help. Skills, strength and cross all will be components of your MTB plan.

All plans are custom to each athlete.

  • Annual Training Plan creation and execution. A, B C Races
  • Multiple goal setting sessions for pre-season, build, racing season.
  • Skills sessions.
  • Training Peaks calendar for logistics.
  • Fitness testing for based on goals. Power and skills plans to fill gaps with stretch goals.
  • Specific seasonal progression to achieve maximum results for A races.
  • Races include. Cross country, Enduro, Gravel endurance.
  • Coached riding session. (Extra fee depending on travel and time)
