We have all heard this before. I think this is a great place to talk about fitness testing, assessments and even aerodynamic test.
Fitness assessment and testing:
Testing gives us an opportunity to get a current snapshot of ones physical fitness. It gives your coach insight to aerobic endurance, VO2 max and zonal definition. Without getting a accurate insight into this we may be training the wrong energy system for you.
I use various tests including, Ramp, FTP, Fatigue profile and XERT.
These tests can be done indoors or out. Lets discuss

Outdoor aero testing includes a field day with coach looking at various positions and how each of those creates a different CDA or drag. Great way for you to gain FREE time in your next event.
